Questions, including the awkward ones
If your question is not here, ring and ask. The answer will be the same on the phone as it is on the page.
Do you really give free estimates in Baton Rouge?
Yes, and with no obligation. We walk the property, look at where water goes, talk through what you want, and give an honest recommendation with a firm itemised price — including "leave it alone" when that is the right answer.
How fast can you get to my house?
Standard walk-throughs are usually within a few working days. Storm damage and hazard trees are triaged the day they come in — call (225) 555-0142 and we will sort it out on the phone.
Are you licensed and insured?
This is a demonstration site, so it publishes no licence numbers, insurance certificates or accreditations. A real landscape company should hand you a licence number and a current certificate of insurance before it starts work, and you should read both. Ask any contractor for them, including us.
Why do you talk about drainage so much?
Because on the Gulf coast it is the variable that decides everything else. Plant choice, bed depth, turf health, patio life, tree stability — all of them follow the water. Getting it wrong is the single most expensive mistake in a landscape.
Do you help after storms?
Every season. Access cleared first, hazard trees rigged down, damage photographed and listed, then the landscape restored. You make the decisions; we make sure you are not making them blind.
Do you work in the rain?
Maintenance routes run in light rain; installation and hardscape do not, because working saturated ground compacts it and ruins the result. We move the day and tell you before you notice.
Can you match an existing landscape?
Usually, for plants. Stone and pavers weather, so an exact match on a repair is rare — we get as close as the material allows and say so beforehand rather than after.
What happens if a plant dies?
Call us and we will come and look at why. This demonstration site publishes no warranty terms, because a demo cannot stand behind them; on a real site this is the place those terms would be written out in full.
Do you require a deposit?
For material-heavy work, most contractors do. What matters more than the amount is what it is for, and that it is written down. Be careful of anyone asking for a large cash deposit at the door after a storm.
Why does this site not have a map?
Because publishing coordinates for a fictional business would tell search engines that a company exists at a place that does. The city, state and ZIP are enough to place a service area without pointing at a building.
Are the phone numbers on this site real?
Deliberately not. Every one of them is inside the 555-0100–555-0199 range, which is reserved for fiction, so nothing dialled from this page can reach a real business.
Tell us where the water goes.
A free walk-through, an honest recommendation and a firm itemised price — including "leave it alone" when that is the right answer.
