What you get
-
Recovery instead of replacement
Aerating and feeding compacted, thinning turf avoids demolition, new sod and an establishment watering bill. Where recovery is realistic, it is almost always the cheaper path.
-
Frontage first
Entrances and frontage are what visitors actually see, so that is where the programme starts and where the density gets measured.
-
Soil-tested applications
The schedule is built from an actual soil test — pH, nutrients, compaction — so each application is chosen for this turf rather than for turf in general.
Questions we hear a lot
Is our turf a candidate for a programme, or does it need replacing?
As a rule of thumb, turf that is half or more live desirable grass usually recovers within a season of proper care. We verify with an assessment first — feeding dead turf only feeds the weeds.
How long before we see a change?
Colour usually moves within a few weeks; density builds across a full growing season. We photograph the same spots each visit so the trend is visible rather than argued about.
